This recipe will require a coffee grinder.
Use equal amounts of mead and apple cider vinegar to make a mustard of the preferred consistency then add turmeric, horse radish and salt. You can blend this in the blender to mix it really well. Notes about mustard: it has antibacterial properties. If you like strong mustard, leave it out on the counter or in a cupboard. The longer it sits out the hotter it will get. It is good at room temperature for 2 years. If you like mustard to be mild then keep it in the fridge.
