PASTRY CRUST

This recipe is adapted from Daniel Walker's recipe in her book Against All Grain-which I suggest everyone buy a paper copy and e-copy of!

Preheat oven to 325°F

Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Add the butter in small amounts, spacing them around the bowl. Blend again until the butter is mixed in and the dough comes together.

Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. If you need a "top" crust, roll out on a piece of parchment paper using coconut flour to dust the paper and rolling pin.

Bake 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
