This recipe came about when my daughter announced that she was no longer willing to go without ice cream. We had been on our new diet for over a year, and not had ice cream in that time. This is the consistency of soft serve ice cream, and everyone who has tried it likes it. The best part is that it is so incredibly healthy for you, unlike traditional ice cream.
Blend ice on low to crush.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
