BASIC VINAIGRETTE
- 4 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into a glass pint jar and blend with an immersion blender. Store any unused portion in the refrigerator.
Optional ingredients to play around with:
- herbs you like-try a pinch, taste, and add as needed to please your palate
- 1 t dijon mustard
