FRENCH TARRAGON SHALLOT VINAIGRETTE
- ¼ C fresh tarragon-chopped
- 2 medium shallots-minced
- 2 cloves garlic-minced
- 1 C extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 C champagne vinegar
- 2 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ t salt
Place all ingredients into a glass quart jar and blend with an immersion blender. Store any unused portion in the refrigerator.
