When I'm in the mood for something sweet, this is the dressing I like. This dressing is equally good with a fruit salad as with a green salad. It is best made at least one day ahead of when you plan to use it.
Whisk together the ingredients until well blended. Keep in a glass container at room temperature at least 24 hours, or until it has reached the flavor you desire, and then transfer to the refrigerator. The longer it is set out, the stronger the mustard will be.
