TANGERINE LIME BALSAMIC DRESSING

• 2 T extra virgin olive oil
• 2 t balsamic vinegar
• 8 T tangerine juice (juice of 1 tangernie)
• 2 T lime juice (juice of 1 lime)

Place all ingredients into a glass pint jar and blend with an immersion blender. Store any unused portion in the refrigerator.
