I was aprehensive about trying goat meat...I needn't have been. In a word, exquisite!
Place all ingredients except for the ground chevon into a blender and blend well. In a large bowl combine the ground chevon with the mixture from the blender. I use my hands for this step. After it has been thoroughly mixed place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill. Once chilled form into patties of desired size and cook on a barbecue grill or cast iron skillet. We like ours with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes on homemade bread. Delicious!
