RAW FENNEL SALAD

• 2 fennel bulbs-grated
• 1 ½ lemons-juiced
• ¼-⅓ C grated aged parmesan or asiago cheese
• touch of olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Stir together and serve, garnish with fennel top.
