CABBAGE STRUDEL

This recipe comes from my friends Janalea and Marilyn.

Sauté onions till translucent.

Add cabbage, dill, salt, & pepper. Cook covered, stirring frequently until cabbage softens. Uncover & continue cooking till cabbage is limp, lightly browned, and excess moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, mix the eggs, chevre & grated cheddar. Add cabbage mixture. Mix well.

Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350° F for 45 minutes or till golden. Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
